I had an Air Arms Alfa Pro J pistol for a couple of years and then wanted to change to something with a bit more adjustability and dare I say it... refinement. I went with the Walther LP400 Carbon Compact and as luck would have it, the RFD had a special edition available and he let me have a good discount on it. I bought the gun in February and it was delayed at the post office because of that virus. After several non-delivery issues, I was able to convince Royal mail to deliver it to the address on the package (my local RFD) because I was unable to collect it if the law was to be obeyed. The upshot was that my gun was ordered at the beginning of February and it was in my hands some 4 weeks later. By then the virus had started affecting many things as businesses closed their doors and movement became restricted.
I am not whinging (I hope) but I was unable to collect a cylinder which I had ordered nor was I able to get a fill of air for the non-appearing cylinder. I still have my beautiful pistol sitting in its box, unloved and never shot. I hope everyone stays safe and soon we will be able to get some air cylinders and refills for our PCP guns.
I have attached some images for folk who have yet to see a Walther LP400 Carbon Compact Special Edition Competition air pistol.
