I am new to the PCP Air Gun world and have purchased my first FX (I assume there will be more....) I am in the UK at the moment but normally live in South Africa so I have purchased the sub 12fpe version.
My question, probably mostly for Matt and Gerhard, is what is the law in SA when it comes to Air Rifles? If I am reading the SAPS website properly then I think only .177 sub 6 fpe rifles don't need a licence? This means I can't bring my .22 12fpe Impact in.
If I need to get a licence then is it the same process as say a shotgun licence?
