Just an observation really not a problem. I have an FAC .25 AA US XS xtra and recently bought an FX Impact mkII .25 sniper edition and I am well pleased with both.
The observation is that when using the FX chrono attached to the barrel there is a vertical POI shift with the Impact and Not the AA.
The POI shift is only a few clicks but I have to remember to check zero with the Impact with the chrono removed.
Both are excellent guns but the Impact gives me the level of adjustability that the AA does not have.

When the chrono is attached to the Impact moderator it obviously is having an impact (sic) on the barrel.

Obvious comment for some but an eye opener for me.

Observed the same issue with my Impact mk2. For the most part the barrel is held in place with rubber "O" rings and one screw, so I doubt if it takes a lot of weight at the end of the barrel to make it drop by a few thou.

Alternatively it might just slightly change the barrel harmonics.

And I thought this issue was "me"!

Thank you for the confirmation that I am not off base!
