Just thought I would post an image of my new DAVV 4500psi compressor. I added an additional dryer/filter/oil separator the help keep my rifles and tank nice and clean. Total spent was $899.00 on Amazon.

Sorry that i have been away from this site for a while. Work as a photographer comes and goes and the past year it has been more that in years past. This compressor is still going strong. I have changed the oil 3 times and have over 200 fills on my 75cuft tank and probably over 150 fills between my FX Impact .30cal, Benjamin Bulldog, Marauder, my wife's FX Maverick and the grandson's 2 AV Avengers. Absolutely a well made compressor. I have had zero issues.

Daddy123* I am running straight distilled water. I may add a 25%/75% coolant/water for this winter. But I live in South Carolina where it rarely gets below freezing and this is in my garage.

Sir,

Just purchased same compressor, got any tips for me ? Thinking of running 50/50 coolant/water, your thoughts ? what are your thoughts as to oil and how is the water/oil filter working for you ?

Thanks,
Wayne

James,

I feel for you fellas in the UK. I know the laws and regulations make it more difficult for you all. This compressor actually came from China although they have service centers and warehouses in the US and I believe in the UK as well. So far after 2 days of use this is just purring. Filled my empty 74cuft tank to full in less than 20minutes. Filled my Marauder in under 5min and my Bulldog in about 6min. I just hope this lasts longer than my Omega did. It went 350hrs of use over 4yrs and 3 rebuilds and now the motor is dead. Today I will take the new .30cal FX Impact out and get the scope zeroed. It is great being an old retired guy sometimes.

It certainly looks the part, and at a decent price also - we struggle to get quality goods in the UK at the same price as you guys get them for in $s in the US.

Be sure to let us know how it's going after a few months of use ;)

James
