A little help required, I recently received my new fx dream tac compact in sub 12 but the hammer spring adjuster wheel is disabled (jammed solid) is this a new uk legal requirement? Or is it possible to reactivate the wheel and still be legal? I realise I'll probably never want to decrease the power but I just don't like having knobs/switches that serve no purpose.
