Greetings to all Forum participants and a special thanks to all who contributed to resolving this issue.

I'm interested in practicing Field Target (so I would have to stick with a sub 12 airgun), but... (there's always one but ).. I wanted my airgun to have the versatility and to be able to set it to higher speeds for when I'm on private property, with friends, in private shooting games where we use 24 joules (>18 FootPounds).

My question is:
Can I configure an FX Impact M3 FAC for SUB 12 and match the characteristics of an original FX Impact M3 SUB 12 while maintaining, or even improving, its accuracy and consistency of shooting speeds?

Once again, I thank everyone who wants to contribute to resolving this issue.
AROM, I have a .177 M3 with 600 mm barrel. When I purchased I requested that it be tuned to both 12FPE and 20FPE. Ken Hicks at SPAW weapons tuned it for me.....

for 12 FPE w/ 10.34 grain JSB (or Air Arms or FX) pellets:

1 Reg 110 Bar
2 Reg 80 Bar
Valve 8.2mm, between line 2 and 3 (closer to 3) OR 2E (see link below for nomenclature for this setting)
Macro 1
Micro 1.5

Ken ranged this at 25 yards. The limit to my range is 19 yards and the it shoots very accurate. The lighter JSB's could be more accurate (8 grain) to a FPS closer to >800 but I have not tried them

PM me if you have questions. Good luck!!
