Concerning the function of the magazine of my recently purchased .22 FX Wildcat Mk111 Compact - I have had a problem with the mag failing to index to the next round after feeding the first three or four. I've been using JSB Exacta Jumbo Heavy and also tried Bisley Magnums with the same result. This has caused much frustration and embarrassment on night rabbiting with some no-returns. The fault seems to be with the magazine rather than pellet choice.
I'm failing to get the proper use of the Wildcat and risking the credibility of my permissions with posting no-returns and suffering the amusement of my sometime shooting companion.
Has anyone suffered the same problem with that magazine ?

does it do the same when you test it on you dining room table with a thin probe like a 4mm allen key? I have exactly the same Rifle - love it.

It might be caused by leaving the magazine full of pellets for a long period of time ( days/Weeks) which would have the large coil spring tensioned. if this is the case then you can simply add tension to the spring.

I noticed my .177 dreamline magazine was getting a bit slow on the last 3 pellets - so I added some tension and its working perfectly again now.

FX have designed the magazine so that can tune the tension on the rotor to it sweetest spot.
