Looks like a better quality pistol than my Gamo Compact, which does about 1.6FPE also. I found that lubeing the cylinder settled the FPS down to a 20FPS spread.
And at the risk of upsetting people I can confirm it will actually dispatch the grey flying pests at close quarters.
