I have been using 101shop for a while now and have always had great service.
However, you can only really tell how good a supplier is when things go wrong.
In my case I was sent an item which didn't appear to work correctly and had a minor amount of damage.
I made a short video showing the fault and the damage which I uploaded to YouTube, then I sent an email explaining my issue along with a link to the video. This was at 01:30 in the morning. By 08:33 the same day I had a reply saying that that this was indeed a fault, an apology and notification that an upgraded replacement would be sent out.
By midday the following day my replacement had arrived via recorded delivery.
Outstanding!
